His goal is to foster economic development and self-sufficiency for individuals and families, aligning perfectly with Kingdom Development Partners’ mission. With an impressive educational background, Kevin holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in Real Estate from UNC-Charlotte. This robust academic foundation fuels his expertise in driving complex development projects and delivering transformative results. Kevin’s professional journey showcases his exceptional contributions to real estate development. Starting as an analyst at Capstone Apartment Partners, he played a key role in underwriting and managing the disposition of multifamily transactions totaling $500 million. His commitment to excellence and strategic acumen quickly earned him recognition. At Catalyst Capital Partners, Kevin excelled as a development manager, overseeing the successful completion of 379 multifamily units and spearheading the construction of an additional 685 units. His track record of delivering results on large-scale projects is a testament to his leadership and innovation in the field. As a cornerstone of Kingdom Development Partners, Kevin works closely with Torrey Feimster, CEO of Ascension CDC, to develop mixed-income communities that uplift living standards and empower generational wealth. Together, they are transforming visions into realities for families across the Charlotte region. Outside of his professional achievements, Kevin cherishes time with his family, enjoys golfing, watching sports, and playing pickleball. A dedicated member of his church, Kevin serves in various capacities, further embodying his commitment to community and service.
